It’s official. The pizza dough recipe is locked down. I have been working on variations for a couple years. The final test was reproducibility. And, after a few weeks of testing the same mix, everything is bubbling up consistently. Firm on the bottom and soft on the inside. Here we have a two cheese, cherry tomato and fried sage.

Congratulations on figuring out what the ultimate pizza dough recipe is. But are you going to tell us? I just came across your blog (I’m a former Austin resident) and the mystery has just kept mounting and mounting all morning as I’ve read through this blog. But now, where is the recipe???
